Cancellation & Refunds

We consider any cancellation and request for refunds as an unfortunate incident. However, in case of genuine reasons and failures on our part to satisfy the prospective members, we are open to accepting cancellations and refunds. This includes payments made by mistake, sudden changes of mind, or other valid circumstances.

In other exceptional cases, we will act generously in accepting cancellation and refunds, provided the user demonstrates logical reasons as per standard trade practices. We do not want to keep any order or transaction in bad taste.

Exclusions:

• No cancellation or refund request will be entertained due to incorrect information (primarily wrong birth coordinates: date, time, place) supplied by the client. However, you can write to us to correct these parameters before the final services are generated.
• Once the services (e.g. detailed report PDF dispatch or consultation session completion) are finalized, no request for cancellation or refund will be entertained.

Reimbursements & Deductions

• Double Payments: Any duplicate payment received against a single order will be refunded within 3 working days without any disputes.
• Refund Processing: Eligible refunds will be disbursed within 4 working days from the date of written acceptance.
• Deductions: Approved refunds are subject to deduction of GST, shipping charges, and payment gateway processing fees if the client was at fault. If the mistake lay with us, we will bear all transaction charges.

Defective or Damaged Products

We exercise utmost care in packing and wrapping the products in double-layer safety configurations before dispatching them. However, if any physical or printable product delivered by Bajrangi Astro Private Limited is received in a damaged or defective condition, you can request a replacement within 2 days of receipt.

Behavioral & Contractual Obligations

By interacting with our platform, you accept and agree to comply with the following contractual rules:

• Individual Use Only: We assume you are availing our services as an individual entity. You agree not to resell, distribute, or make commercial use of our products without explicit written consent from us via [email protected].
• Discretion & Data Accuracy: The inputs supplied by you are deemed accurate as per your knowledge. We do not inspect or dispute the accuracy of these details.
• Indian & International Laws: Users agree to comply with all domestic and international laws regarding the transmission of technical data. You must not use the website or services for unlawful purposes, or interfere with networks connected to Bajrangi Astro Private Limited.
• Abusive or Objectionable Content: You are not permitted to use any info from our site for harassments, threatening, obscene, or libellous activities.
• Account Suspension: Bajrangi Astro Private Limited reserves the right to deactivate or terminate accounts or communication channels with written notice if violations occur.
• No Guarantee of Perception: Services are offered "as is" based on classical Vedic rules. While we use our expertise to provide analysis, we do not guarantee results that satisfy your personal perceptions of satisfaction.

Indemnity, Copyright & Dispute Resolution

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bajrangi Astro Private Limited, its parents, subsidiaries, officers, and employees from any third-party claims, liabilities, or costs arising out of your violation of these terms or infringement of intellectual property.

Copyright Protection:

All content distributed via website, email, or booklets is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property statutes. You are not permitted to reproduce, copy, or distribute these works unless authorized.

Dispute Arbitration:

We sincerely hope to avoid disputes. However, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of this agreement shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian commercial arbitration guidelines.
