Modes of Payment

Bajrangi Astro Private Limited offers multiple payment methods for our clients' convenience. We accept payments only through authorized payment modes as explained below.

For Payment in Indian Currency (INR):

• Direct Bank Transfer: Transfer directly to our HDFC bank account via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS.
• Payment Gateway: Pay securely using major credit and debit cards, net banking, or wallets. We can share a secure transaction link on request.
• PhonePe / UPI: Transfer directly to our PhonePe number: 9278665588 (UPI ID: 9278665588@IBL).

For Payment in Other Currencies (International):

Payments in international currencies can be made via:

• PayPal: Share your PayPal ID, and we will send a direct payment link from our official PayPal account.
• Remitly / TransferWise: Remit directly to our HDFC bank account.
• Wire Transfer: Process international swift/wire transfer to our HDFC Bank account using the bank details provided above.
• Western Union / Money Gram: Please contact our support team to obtain the necessary receiver information before sending.

Note: Rest assured, whatever payment method you choose, your online transaction is fully secured. Our payment gateway partners use standard encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

Payment Confirmation & Inputs

Once you make a payment, though you receive an automated confirmation from the payment gateway channel, it is always recommended to obtain an official written confirmation from us directly.

Upon confirmation of payment, we will dispatch a small Fact File form requesting your basic inputs (including birth details: date, time, and place of birth) to configure your Vedic reading — whether it is an Online Report or a direct session with Dr. Vinay Bajrangi.

Commercial Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Bajrangi Astro Private Limited. Please use our official channels only and be careful while processing payments. Use your free will and discretion to make any payment to us rather than coming under any direct or indirect external influence. By clicking the "I agree" button or proceeding with a transaction, you signify that you have read, understood, and accept these commercial terms and conditions.

• We may modify any terms at our discretion, but no revision will hamper the basic rights of a client who has processed a payment as per good service trade practices.
• All services and contents are open for public browsing, but access to personalized Horoscopes or detailed analysis is restricted to registered members who have opted for paid services.
• Members agree to provide current, complete, and accurate birth coordinates. If you notice any error in your submitted details, please report it immediately, as it directly impacts your astrological chart and analysis.
• We do not authorize any third party to accept payments or offer services on our behalf directly or indirectly.
• Our services are available only to individuals legally competent to form a binding contract under Indian Contract Act. We do not offer services to minors or individuals prohibited by present laws and treaties.

Account ID & Security

Upon successful registration, you will receive a Customer ID (CID) alongside login credentials. Keeping this password confidential is entirely your responsibility. We advise you to change your password regularly. If we identify spurious or unauthorized usage, we reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the account immediately.

Bajrangi Astro Private Limited is at liberty to suspend or terminate your account if we discover any illegal activity, misleading inputs, or actions that cause legal liability to you, us, or violate current statutory practices.

Usage of Collected Data

Information collected by the Website may be utilized as permitted under applicable law, including:

• Personalized Browsing: Using anonymized metrics to study user trends, traffic, layouts, and to optimize the community experience.
• Direct Contact: By providing details, you authorize us to communicate important updates via email, SMS, or phone.
